Moretti Ristorante Pizzeria first opened its doors in 1997, when Ilario Ventolini set about creating an Italian Restaurant specialising in Roman-style pizza and simple but flavourful foods. Since then, Moretti’s has become a favourite with Sydney’s Italian community and lovers of Italian food alike.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and real Italian food is about simplicity. The focus is on sourcing the most exquisite produce possible. The menu is a celebration of traditional Italian cuisine, featuring handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and rustic antipasti.
Roman-style pizza
Offering Roman-style pizzas baked to perfection in our authentic Italian pizza oven. The dough, fermented for 72 hours, offers a perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, topped with the freshest ingredients like rich mozzarella, tangy tomato sauce, and savory cured meats.
